Our online gallery does not yet reflect all visa approvals from 2024-2026. During this period, our priority has been the lodging and ongoing management of active visa applications rather than updating public records. Currently, fewer than 50% of visa approvals from 2017 to 2023 have been uploaded as representative examples of our approval history, primarily for the reference of prospective clients. Our most recent Partner visa (300 or 309/100 or 820/801) approval was granted on 23 May 2026 and our most recent lodgement was this month. We continue to lodge and manage a broad range of Australian visa applications across multiple categories. The only visa type we do not provide assistance with is Protection visas (for both Australia and New Zealand).

Online Business and Address Policy:

Hoju Imin and Partner Visa Australia Agency (PVAA) operate exclusively as an online business. We do not maintain a client-facing office and cannot accommodate walk-in clients, unscheduled visitors or in-person document delivery.

All documents must be provided by email or via personalised Trello access as directed.

Documents must not be posted, couriered, hand-delivered or otherwise sent to any physical address previously associated with Hoju Imin or PVAA as they will not be accepted as delivered.

Operating online also enables us to avoid unnecessary commercial rental costs. We do this in an effort to keep our professional fees as affordable as possible for clients.

Any physical address appearing on official records or correspondence is outdated and not a client-facing business location and must not be visited. Including those on unofficial third party copycat sites. All consultations, document exchanges and general communications must be conducted through email.

This requirement applies to any document that a person would ordinarily wish to deliver to a physical location.

This arrangement allows our advisers to complete important and time-sensitive immigration work without unwelcome interruptions. It also helps protect the privacy and safety of our staff and clients, as we hold highly sensitive personal information, including information relating to victims of domestic and family violence.
